Accounts Payables Administrator

At Distribution Beto-Briq Inc. we have been distributing Masonry and Landscaping products to the Montreal Metropolitan area since 1992. We have a strong team of customer service, inside and outsides sales and logistics.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Review invoices received from suppliers.
- Enter invoices into the system.
- Generate various reports related to accounts payable.
- Prepare month-end entries.
- Distributing payments to suppliers.
- Assist with other projects in the office.
- Ensure that the office space is clean, organized, and office supplies are adequate.
**Qualifications**:
- Speak and write proficiently in English and French.
- Must have experience as an accounts payable clerk or relevant position.
- Solid knowledge of accounts payable functions, including billing, collecting, reconciling.
- Experience working with spreadsheets (excel)
- Strong organizational and time management skills along with high attention to detail
- Capable of managing multiple tasks at once and prioritizing work.
- Knowledge of the following are assets: Accounts Receivables, Commissions, Construction or building materials.

**Tâches et responsabilités essentielles**:
- Examiner les factures reçues des fournisseurs.
- Saisir les factures dans le système.
- Générer divers rapports liés aux comptes créditeurs.
- Préparer les entrées de fin de mois.
- Répartir les paiements aux fournisseurs.
- Participer à d’autres projets au bureau.
- Assurer que l'espace de bureau est propre, organisé et que les fournitures de bureau sont adéquates.
**Qualifications**:
- Parler et écrire couramment en anglais et en français.
- Doit avoir de l'expérience en tant que commis aux comptes payables ou poste pertinent.
- Solide connaissance des fonctions des comptes payables, y compris la facturation, le recouvrement.
- Expérience de travail avec des feuilles de calcul (Excel)
- Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps ainsi qu'une grande attention aux détails
- Capable de gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois et de prioriser le travail.
- La connaissance des éléments suivants sont des atouts : Comptes clients, Commissions, Construction ou matériaux de construction.
