**Responsibilities**: - Identify distribution constraints and communicate them to refine the S&OP plan;
- Execute the S&OP plan from a roll distribution perspective;
- Plan transfer deliveries (STO) within capacity;
- Ensure the processing and follow-up of purchase orders according to business rules (order routing, allocation of orders in the network, establishment of the distribution network, creation of STO - distribution, date management);
- Analyze roll inventory on hand to ensure proper turnover and communicate information to production planners to avoid over-aged inventory - Ensure sound management of STOs in the system;
- Establish required security inventory levels for each product
