Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist the general manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist in managing inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in management or a similar role is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to develop and deliver training programs for team members
