**Job Title**: Executive / Personal Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Provide Executive Support**: Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- **Travel Coordination**: Plan and arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and reservations, ensuring a seamless travel experience for the CEO and other executives.
- **Event Planning**: Support in planning and executing events, including booking venues, coordinating catering, and managing registrations.
- **Document Management**: Organize, maintain, and secure both electronic and paper files, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize meetings and conferences, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
- **Personal Assistant Duties**: Provide personal assistance to the CEO, including managing personal appointments, running errands, and assisting with other personal tasks as needed.
- **General Support**: Assist the executive team with various tasks, including coordinating logistics for meetings, preparing necessary materials, and providing support for day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.
- **Other Duties**: Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the leadership team and company objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, supporting senior executives (preferred); however, recent graduates from business programs are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel occasionally for shows, conferences, meetings, or other company-related events
**Job Details**:
- **Employment Type**: Full-time
- **Schedule**: 40 hours per week
- **Benefits**: PTO, Dental, Extended Health, Disability Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Care (after 3 months)
