Business Process Co-op Student Summer 2023 (Hybrid)

**Location**: 55 Metcalfe St, Ottawa

The Business Process summer student will be responsible for supporting a wide variety of business activities across NCR Cybersecurity. This position is also responsible for communications and administrative work as needed.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Assist the Contracts and Process Optimization lead (Process design, template development, and general pre-sales team support);
- Proofread documents, and procedures; and
- Create content for various processes, proposals, and publications.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Mandatory Qualifications
- Enrolled in an accredited Canadian post-secondary institution in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or any other science or technology focused program. Other programs requiring communications or writing/editing skills will be considered.
- Enrolled in a co-op program, with their school for the summer semester
- MS Office skills including MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint
- Practical, efficient and responsive; excellent communication and organization skills
- Able to juggle multiple priorities, anticipates issues and initiate appropriate action

**Nice to have**:

- Understanding of MS SharePoint, MS Visio
- General Cybersecurity knowledge
- Familiarity with business processes including sales, proposals, contracts
- Cloud concepts, Azure or AWS
- Awareness of ITIL, NIST, or ISO standards
