The Network Project Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring network projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, contributing to the overall success of our network infrastructure initiatives. Additionally, this role focuses on overseeing the life cycle of all contracts related to network infrastructure, managing purchasing and financial budgets, and collaborating with business units to secure maintenance windows for major network changes..
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Coordination**:
Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets specific to network infrastructure projects.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Ensure network projects are delivered on time and within scope.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Prepare and provide regular project updates and status reports.
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, timeframes, and budgets.
**Communication and Collaboration**:
Act as the point of contact for all project participants.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
Organize and attend meetings, capturing meeting minutes and action items.
**Risk and Quality Management**:
Identify and track project risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
Assist in resolving project-related issues and conflicts.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
Support project testing and quality control activities.
**Maintenance Window Coordination**:
Collaborate with business units to schedule maintenance windows for major network changes.
Communicate maintenance schedules and ensure mínimal disruption to business operations.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure readiness and successful execution of maintenance activities.
**Contract Management and Procurement**:
Monitor contract terms, renewals, and compliance. Ensure contracts are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and regulations.
Work with legal and procurement teams on contract renewals.
Work with vendors to obtain quotes and collaborate with Procurement to process purchase orders.
Perform PO reconciliation to ensure all purchase orders are accurate and accounted for and the expenses are tracked in allocated budgets.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the network infrastructure or telecommunications industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
