Job Summary: As an integral member of the Redevelopment Projects team, the PROJECT COORDINATOR will assist with the organization and implementation of construction projects and relocations of personnel, furniture & equipment, under the direction of the Manager or designate. The principal responsibilities include: developing and implementing strategies to facilitate the cost effective and timely execution of multiple, simultaneous projects; monitoring the progress and quality of work associated with project outcomes; developing and maintaining accurate project documentation; monitor and control project scope, budget and schedule and performing other duties consistent with the job classification as assigned or requested, to contribute to the efficient functioning of the Redevelopment Projects portfolio.
