Bookeeping
- Monitor and follow up on invoicing following job completion
- Invoicing clients - follow up for outstanding invoices, ageing reports
- Accounts payable - ensure timely payment of vendor invoices, follow up for outstanding invoices
- reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts, monitor accounts

Payroll
- Verification and adjustments of employees hours
- preparation of payroll

Must possess good writing/reporting and speaking skills and good basic knowledge of Quickbooks. French is an asset.

Must be able to adjust to a fast pace and ever changing work environment and be comfortable with technology. Good knowledge of Excel is an asset.

Preference will be giving to residents of the Ottawa area as there may be a need to meet occasionally.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- work: 5 years (required)
