**Objectives**
▪ Deliver on quarterly and annual key performance indicators
▪ Generate new accessories sales
▪ Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and
different requests; exploring opportunities to add value
▪ Support Territory Managers in accessories sales and customer relationship management
▪ Champion White Label Product program
**Responsibilities**
▪ Act as the product and expert educator of company catalogue products and portfolio to increase ability of
product recommendations
▪ Act as a point of contact and handle individual customer needs
▪ Execute sales initiatives and be a key contributor of high performance; service new and existing retail
accounts, process purchase orders
▪ Provide administrative support to the sales team
▪ Deliver best-in class-customer service; focus on achieving high customer satisfaction by responding to
inquiries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive experience
▪ Enter all incoming purchase orders, and work with the fulfillment team to properly allocate stock
▪ Liaise with the Sales Team on all concerns or trouble points with orders and troubleshoot as necessary
▪ Issue all purchase orders, and work with Inventory Manager so orders can be issued
▪ Execute the White Label Product orders, including verify order, create customer folder, submit order to
supplier; manage coordination of design proof for approval or revision; and, communicate production with
supplier
▪ Ensure accuracy of all sales/purchase orders
▪ Cultivate positive interactions and relationships with Territory Managers to evaluate sales strategy and results
▪ Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customer in a timely manner
▪ Respond to electronic messages either electronically or telephonically from sales agency customers related
to order issues, including product damages and/or discrepancies, general concerns
inventory requests
▪ Contact lost business opportunities to re-establish relationship and sales agreement
▪ Collaborate with fulfillment department to ensure that order requirements are being met
▪ Understand the target markets, including company, customer needs and purchase trends, and market
strategies used to attract clients
▪ Support inventory planning and portfolio development, as required
▪ Perform and manage ad hoc projects, analysis and reporting, as required by senior management
▪ Positively represent the Company at all times through a success-oriented and professional demeanour
▪ Perform other tasks based on management instructions and performance requirements
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
