Work closely with retail customers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, continuously gathering feedback to ensure their experiences are understood and addressed.

Experienced at driving improvement against key supply chain metrics including On-Time-In-Full (OTIF).

Experienced at managing the Customer Supply Chain relationship with key retail (e.g., Loblaws, Sobeys, Metro, Walmart, Costco) and foodservice partners (e.g., GFS, Sysco).

Experienced at developing National Customer Service strategy for the Order Desks ensuring all sites have common processes, procedures and communication methods.

Familiar at being the main point of contact for all new customer supply chain requirements or requests.

Familiar with developing and rolling-out standard communication or out of stock reporting to customers.

Experienced at evaluating and offering suggestions to increase production results, including but not limited to process and system improvements.

Familiar with monitoring fill rate performance to identify areas of opportunity and implement improvement plans.

Experienced working closely with Distribution team to ensure customer deliveries are efficient and support customer requirements.

Strong knowledge of Order to Cash business processes and core Order to Cash experience ideally in a CPG environment.

SAP experience or similar ERP.

The Continuous Improvement team is tasked with identifying and implementing initiatives that enhance our retail customers’ experiences, particularly in areas like order accuracy, delivery, and service levels.

In this role, you will work directly with customers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, continuously gathering their feedback to ensure their experiences are fully understood. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, whether through implementing technological solutions or refining existing processes, the Continuous Improvement team will focus on simplifying and improving the overall customer experience.

This role requires a deep understanding of the national supply chain to effectively drive these improvements.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with retail customers on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, continuously gathering feedback to ensure their experiences are understood and addressed.
- Analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement, with the goal of enhancing productivity and reducing operating costs.
- Define, plan, and implement pilot projects, conducting measurements and feasibility studies to demonstrate cost-effectiveness and recommend broader deployment.
- Calculate and validate project return on investment (ROI).
- Manage project execution, including risk management, quality control, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), track project progress, and communicate benefits.
- Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement tools across various banners.
- Lead cross-departmental and multi-hierarchical meetings to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Identify and propose value-added projects that enhance business performance.
- Simplify and communicate complex issues, presenting conclusions in an executive-friendly format.
- Analyze, document, and map business processes to identify improvement opportunities within supply chain operations.
- Implement solutions to improve the overall front-end customer experience and operations.
- Develop and implement models to optimize front-end operations in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Team.
- Lead meetings with senior leaders, sharing results from pilots and deployments of key business projects.
