Dalmen Windows and Doors, a renowned leader in the window and door manufacturing industry, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and offering them tailored solutions from our extensive product range.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and target potential clients through various methods, including cold calls, referrals, networking events, and more.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and homeowners to generate new leads and repeat business.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable window and door solutions.
- Provide detailed product information, specifications, and pricing to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the estimating team to create accurate and competitive quotes for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our products.
- Negotiate pricing and terms, striving to achieve win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in the building materials, construction, or window and door industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and driven by achieving sales goals and contributing to company success.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with construction drawings and blueprints is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
