Gestionnaire de Soins (infirmière auxiliaire autorisée), responsable des relations avec la clientele, et des opérations quotidiennes liées à l’obtention de résultats commerciaux grâce à l’expérience client et à la gestion des aidants.

**Rôle hybride**

**RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Mener des consultations bienveillantes (admissions), évaluer les clients en ce qui concerne les besoins physiques, émotionnels et environnementaux et donner des conseils sur les soins aux clients
- Susciter l’intérêt des entreprises en s’engageant avec les dirigeants communautaires et les organisations professionnelles pour établir des liens à long terme qui contribueront à la promotion des services de SE Santé
- Développer, promettre et assurer un service à la clientèle innovant et de haute qualité
- Agir à titre de conseiller dans ‘Caring Consult’ pour s’assurer que les clients et le contacts avec les clients ont toutes les informations requises
- Tenir la ‘promesse de marque’ en dirigeant l’expérience client, en veillant à ce que nos soignants fassent tout ce qu’il faut pour apporter la tranquillité d’esprit à nos clients et à leurs familles
- Recrutement et sélectionnement du personnel de soutien à la personne
- Faciliter l’orientation des nouveaux membres du personnel de soutien à la personne
- Être responsable des attentes en matière de rendement du personnel et de la gestion, en veillant à ce que la disponibilité des soignants réponde aux besoins opérationnels et à ce que tous les systèmes soient conformes
- Gérer la fonction d’éducation pour soutenir un environnement d’apprentissage continu et l’utilisation par le personnel des possibilités d’apprentissage
- Effectuer des visites de premier plan et des visites de supervision pour évaluer le rendement des aidants et la satisfaction au travail, assurant ainsi une expérience positive des employés
- Effectuer les visites initiales à domicile ou à l’établissement, préparer les évaluations des besoins et les plans de soins
- Élaborer des plans de soins appropriés et individualisés et des mises à jour au besoin
- S’assurer que toutes les premières visites avec les soignants répondent aux attentes des clients et que le client est satisfait
- Maintient la relation client/patient et sa relation familiale
- Effectuer des visites de supervision pour s’assurer que les soignants sont aptes et de haute qualité
- Surveiller les problèmes de risque et analyser les tendances, adapter les soins au besoin
- S’assurer que le plus haut niveau de soins est maintenu.
- Maintenir d’excellentes pratiques de documentation, en particulier des plans de soins complets et exacts, des dossiers clients, y compris les renseignements sur la paye et la facturation.
- Effectuer des vérifications de dossiers sur une base trimestrielle pour assurer l’exactitude et la mise à jour des informations
- Assurer la conformité aux exigences législatives nationales, étatiques / provinciales dans des domaines tels que la santé, l’emploi, santé et sécurité au travail
- Toutes autres tâches raisonnables assignées

**EXIGENCES**:

- Infirmière auxiliaire du Collège des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec OIIAQ et en règle
- Bilinguisme en anglais et en français requis
- Expérience antérieure en soins de santé communautaires
- Une expérience antérieure en développement des affaires ou en gestion des relations est préférable
- Expérience antérieure de gestion d’équipes et de coaching à la performance
- Carte de RCR à jour
- Excellentes compétences en communication interpersonnelle et verbale/écrite
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps
- Capacité à gérer les conflits et excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Véhicule et permis de conduire valide et la capacité de voyager jusqu’à 60%
- Maîtrise informatique de haut niveau
- Flexibilité pour couvrir les soirées et les fins de semaine et sur appel
- Vérification du travail auprès de personnes vulnérables et carnet de vaccination complet
