**Position Summary**

To complete vendor payments by verifying invoice coding, verifying transactions, approving and scheduling disbursements in an accurate and timely manner according to cash availability. Work with Property Managers and AP Supervisor to ensure policies and procedures for the accounts payable workflows are adhered to. Facilitate AP responsibilities to ensure department deadlines are met.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- High volume AP invoice processing
- Process and approve invoices in a timely manner.
- Complete the batching of approved invoices.
- Processing the Accounts Payable check runs.
- Researches and responds timely to inquiries
- Ability to stay with a problem until it’s resolved.
- Actively participate in process workflow documentation.

**Skills & Abilities**
- This position requires a detail-oriented person with initiative to improve processes and the ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
- Attention to detail, high degree of accuracy and ability to multi-task.
- Experience working in a high volume,
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

**Minimum Requirements**
- 2 years or recent related AP job experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
