The Human Resources (HR) Administrator reports to the Director, HR and provides senior-level administrative support to the human resources office. This position coordinates a number of HR processes related to staffing, position management, onboarding, reporting and other branch specific functions. Under the oversight of the Director and/or Manager, this position monitors HR financial budget by liaising with finance and producing monthly financial tracking reports. The HR Administrator maintains the record system of the branch and provides coordination support on departmental and corporate projects.

**Essential Qualifications (what we’re looking for in your resume)**:

- Certificate in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field,
- Experience providing administrative support,
- Experience maintaining records systems and confidential documents,
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint,
- Experience coordinating and booking events, is an asset.
- Interpersonal communication skills,
- Prioritization and organization skills,
- Ability to exercise sound judgement, discretion, and confidentiality,
- Ability to work independently and with a team,
- Adaptability and dependability skills.
