**Key Job Requirements**:

- Review claim submissions, obtain and verify information, correspond with insurance agents and beneficiaries, and determine the validity of claim.
- Review files with Senior Management for sign off and closure of files and prepare monthly reports for senior management outlining claims, status, and nature of claims.
- Aid Fleet and compliance department with various projects and filing duties as required.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent analytical, strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting ability. A mature self-starter who assumes ownership of problems and identifies creative solutions.
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Database Systems.
- Exceptional communications skills both written and verbal.
- Detail and deadline oriented with proven ability to “think outside of the box.”
- Thrive in a fast-paced business environment with the ability to problem solve.
- Strong Safety background
- Prior Experience in Transportation and Driver & Vehicle Compliance considered an asset.
