**What will you do?**
- Support integrated B2B marketing programs and initiatives.
- Work closely with other team members to support execution of Marketing programs and campaigns throughout the year.
- Collaborate with business partners and internal steak holders across various teams.
- Provide reporting of data, assist in trend analysis, and help seek out new opportunities where possible.
- Run weekly status reports and data analytics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and SME's to ideate and define content goals.
- Use digital research tools to identify search trends, and then create content that optimizes search results
- Study data to understand what our targeted customers are looking for, how they engage with our digital presence, and measure the effectiveness of our SEO strategy and tactics
- Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
- Ensuring that SEO strategies are effectively implemented.
- Managing content calendars and ensuring that the content remains consistent across all platforms.
- Coordinating with the marketing, design, and writing teams to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.
- Tracking buyer and content analytics and generating reports and presentations.
- Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.

**What do you need to succeed: Qualifications**
- 3 - 5 years of experience in demand generation, marketing automation, or marketing operations at a B2B SaaS company (ideal)
- Solid understanding of B2B SaaS growth marketing, including lead identification, conversion strategies, effective nurturing, lead scoring, and segmentation.
- Proven ability to continuously optimize marketing initiatives with a never-satisfied mindset, consistently seeking areas for improvement.
- Hands-on approach with a proactive and hungry attitude towards refining lead funnels and generating high-quality leads for the sales team
- **Hands on Experience with HubSpot is required (2+ years)**
- Strong organizational skills are required to handle numerous, fast-paced projects, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of productivity within the department.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to adapt quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to work with stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to execute a high volume of error free work in an often-fast paced environment.
- Customer-focused and team oriented.
- Open to learning and expanding your skills.
- Capable of handling direction and the ability to have constructive conversations about feedback.
- Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.
