**Administrative Assistant**

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Data entry
- Manage payroll
- Compile reports for accountants
- Administrative support and general office duties
- Display professionalism toward our company and customers
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent is considered an asset
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience or an education equivalent
- Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset
- Strong knowledge of general office procedures and practices

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Acute attention to detail, well organized and efficient
- Exceptional computer skills using programs including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Abide by all Company policies including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental, Human Resources policies
