**About This Opportunity**:
Due to continued growth and expansion, Docebo is looking for an experienced and motivated Manager of Customer Marketing to own, build and execute Customer Marketing strategies and programs across North America. It's an exciting opportunity and a newly created role, which will see you join our rapidly growing Marketing team and to have a real impact within an international SaaS organization

**Responsibilities**:

- Own, build and execute the Customer Marketing strategy and programs for North America, and supporting our international regions as needed.
- Develop, manage and execute an impactful cross-sell and upsell customer marketing strategy in order to support expansion goals of existing customers communications
- Create and lead strategies to introduce new use cases and data workloads to our customer base
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to support goals related to customer product adoption, customer communications, as well as campaigns and programs to support the account management team on retention and upsell goals
- Lead and manage customer campaigns and programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, and nurture campaigns
- Help drive our collateral efforts to produce compelling narratives that engage our customers at all stages of the customer lifecycle
- Build customer ABM programs from initial concept to execution and measurement across a variety of channels

**Requirements**:

- You have experience running Customer campaigns for Upsell and Cross Sell
- You know what it means to expand within existing accounts and how to achieve this
- You are comfortable working with data and reporting on performance and impact of campaigns and programs
- You take a data-driven approach to pipeline creation, optimizing for both short-term outcomes (campaign engagement, form fills, booked meetings) and long term wins (pipeline, closed won revenue) on a day-to-day basis
- You understand the competitive landscape and leverage customer insights, product insights, content and industry rankings for success
- We are looking for someone who is driven, agile, kind, ambitious, keen, proactive and a team player

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience of customer marketing in a SAAS B2B or software, high-tech environment
- Experience building an ABM strategy for customers
- Tools: Salesforce, Marketing automation tools like Hubspot/ Marketo/ Pardot/ Demandbase/ Outreach, Data analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, Asana, Jira
