**Position Overview**
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the role of Production Coordinator. This role will be the liaison between our clients and our manufacturing departments to ensure timely delivery of quality fabric and garments that meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Work with our overseas mills and factories on a daily basis to issue orders, follow though and coordinate with forwarders to ship goods out

Process client’s fabric and garment orders and arrange raw materials to meet the deadlines.

Engage with the production team to follow up on orders and track progress.

Update WIPs daily for internal and external stakeholders.

Assist in reviewing the quality of samples for color & construction accuracy and update with initial comments.

Working very closely with the lab and the dye plant for fabric color and quality approvals.

Daily follow up on implementation and maintenance of quality standards.

Prepare, pack and ship fabric and samples as needed.

Coordinate the sending of fabric and samples to clients through courier services.

Obtain approvals on the fabric and samples for timely shipping deliverables.

Ensure delivery of products to clients and follow up on any client concerns

**Required Qualifications**
Diploma in Fashion/Textile manufacturing or related field an asset

5 + years experience in têxtiles manufacturing/quality

Experience and knowledge in woven and knit fabric manufacturing and/or dyeing.

Excellent written and verbal skills in French and English

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiar with knitted fabric and must have a good sense for colour matching.

Familiar with most accreditations regarding sustainability and recycled fabrics.

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with ability to work under pressure independently or in team environment.

Must demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
