We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations Administrator. The Operations Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the company. This position requires a proactive and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to multitask. We’re a growing company and looking for an individual to be our facilitator and progress within our organization.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Produce and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documents, and reports.
- Coordinate with accounting on billing and invoicing
- Coordinate with legal, operations and accounting to onboard new partners.
- Review current process and suggest ways to better streamline our internal process
- Maintain and follow up on list of action items
- Pulling data from various sources and inputting into one overall tracker
- Responding to various requests from internal and external stakeholders, vendors and partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and promote a positive work environment.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1+ years of experience as an office administrator or in an operations role
- Post-secondary diploma in related field
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365 (Excel focused)
- Impeccable organizational skills
