Scheduler

The purpose of the position is to ensure proper scheduling for the branch. It is responsible for the continued development of the Paladin scheduling program and associated processes.

Duties Include:

- Creating, modifying and updating work schedules for security guards
- Coordinate with sites to ensure that staffing requirements are met
- Input schedules for payroll and billing for the branch
- Sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Track overtime and vacation requests
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies

Skills/Qualifications Required:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work extended hours as required
- High School Diploma
- Must be 18 years of age
