Primary Location: Brantford, ON.

Rate Classification / Pay Range: Grade 3, Step 1 - Step 5, $31.89 - $35.89 per hour

Number of Available Positions: One (1) Regular Part-Time Position

What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service- Adhere to our strong set of company values and do our best to ensure the safety of our customers and employees- Open, close, and transfer natural gas accounts for our customers- Update customer and account information accurately and efficiently- Educate customers on the benefits of electronic billing and our myaccount self-serve options- Promote corporate programs and initiatives- Follow company and business unit processes, policies, and procedures

Who you are (Qualifications):
- Minimum high school education with 4 years of customer service experience- Excellent verbal and written skills- Strong computer skills required with proficiency using Microsoft’s Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel)- Accurate keyboard/data entry skills with a minimum of 40 wpm- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment under direct and indirect supervision- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

The following would be an asset:
- Previous experience in a call center environment- University degree/Post-secondary education equivalent
