The Order Management System & Support team collaborates with many teams throughout Canadian Tire’s Supply Chain and Merchandising departments. Our primary objective is to ensure efficient and effective processing of Purchase Orders and Store Orders to support the flow of product to the retail customer.

At Canadian Tire we work flexibility embracing ‘Hybrid’ whereby individuals utilize a combination of working at a CTC campus and or virtually in service of outcomes. Determined by managers, decisions around work location will be made based on business and team needs and grounded in a desire to support individual well-being and personal needs. **What you’ll do**
- Monitor, investigate and resolve inquiries that arise in group mailbox, from hotline, daily queries
- Validate & Process Store/Purchase Order cancellation/uploads/manipulation requests
- Process daily WRD processes (Store Order & Purchase Order)
- Validate and process daily stranded orders in Legacy order management system
- Investigate/Analyze questions about deal & IEP allocation/rationing
- Timely responses on ad-hoc requests for analysis from VP/AVP/Manager
- Provide testing support when required for AOM fixes
- Own, build and maintain programs, queries, reports and other data within the Order Management environments
- Direct involvement with corporate initiatives to ensure Order Management requirements are heard/met
- Challenge the status quo to find creative ways to continuously improvement daily processes
- Document and maintain documentation related to the above responsibilities

**What you bring**
- University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field
- 2+ years of Canadian Tire Retail supply chain experience
- Strong analytical skills & proactive problem solving skills
- Proficient user of standard desktop tools including Excel, Access, Knime and PowerPoint
- Strong process management and project management skills
- Comfort in dealing with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong written & spoken communication and presentation skills
- Customer service results utilizing excellent interpersonal skills and ability to organize, collaborate and communicate
- Proven ability to work with extremely detailed information and understand complex systems
- Ability to prioritize, multiple tasks, identify issues, assess impacts, relay findings and possible options
