**What You will do.**
- Accept and resolve in coming A/R inquiries from external and internal customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer records are accurate
- Post customer cheques and online payments into CDK.
- Scan cheques to bank
- Run daily batch reports and balance daily cash for stores
- Reconcile credit cards and cash accounts
- Running and mailing monthly statements
- Verify sales contracts
- Ensure whole-goods invoices are coded for processing
- Ensuring the sales paperwork is complete before processing
- Ensuring warranty date is correct on whole good units in CDK
- Support salesforce to prepare invoices, sold notices and updated equipment lists.
- Interact effectively with all departments
- Other duties as assigned

**Salary**: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
