Reporting to: Manager, Payroll Services

Description:
Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years full cycle payroll experience

Minimum two (2) year college program in business administration preferred

National Payroll Institute (NPI) Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP), or working towards preferred

Comprehensive knowledge of all payroll legislative requirements including, Canada Revenue Agency, Service Canada, Employment Standards Act, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and Employer Health Tax Regulations

Assist with year end related activities

Experience in a unionized and educational or public sector environment is considered an asset

Experience with iSYS Works and HRP Link Payroll System is a definite asset

Knowledge of OMERS and/or Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan considered a definite asset

Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with the proven ability to multi-task, prioritize with competing/changing demands and high attention to detail while adhering to strict deadlines

Ability to work successfully in a team atmosphere and maturity in dealing with both sensitive and confidential matters

**Salary**: Professional Administrative Support Staff (PASS 4) ($55,665 to $70,533)
