**Overview of Indigenous Chamber Of Commerce**

As the “Voice of Indigenous Business in Manitoba”, The Indigenous Chamber of Commerce (ICC) represents businesses and organizations that are Indigenous owned and managed that provide support or services to our community and play a significant and relevant role in the economic development of this Province. ICC is there to assist in the collaboration as we act as an advocate for Indigenous and non-Indigenous businesses working with the same objective of economic reconciliation.

The ICCs vision is thriving Indigenous businesses in Manitoba and the growing Indigenous economy, with a mission to grow the Indigenous economy by strengthening member success through networking, education, leadership, and advocacy.

**Roles and Responsibilities under the direction of the ICC Manager**:

- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Help prepare budgets
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Oversee project management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Solving any issues that may arise during the project
- Assisting the ICC Manager with administrative functions and processes
- Analyzing project data and producing progress reports
- Liaising with members and team to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Ensuring team adheres to provided timelines and deliverables
- Other Duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- 1-2 years' experience working with Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience with project management tools
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to organize priorities based on deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 2-4 years of relevant experience may be considered

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
