Position Summary

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in the execution of the design, production, and installation of our Donor Recognition Walls.

This position requires strong technical, organizational and communication skills to see projects from start to finish and manage customer expectations. Our ideal candidate would be a self-motivated, hardworking, pays strong attention to project deliverable and timelines, has an awesome attitude and is a hands-on Team Player that thrives on change/diversity of work. This individual think and works at a rapid pace, loves problem solving, and is extremely detail oriented. The candidate should also have excellent presentation and customer service skills, as well as a proven track record for outstanding customer service and will work closely with engineering, project managers, sales, production, and installation staff on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities include:

Detailed project plans from inception to completion

Working with clients to develop SOW (Scope of Work) & timeline, securing their approval on both

Working, educating and consulting with Clients in view of ultimate project success and an absolute awesome customer experience and satisfaction

Working with Sales Department, Designers, Engineer/CAD Tech, Production Staff, Vendors, Contractor/ Sub-Contractors, and Installers to bring project to fruition

Moving all projects through the Project Management Schedule, in as short a time possible

Reporting weekly on project percentage completion to Operations Team

Providing direct support and assistance to Operations Director & Project Director

Keeping projects on schedule (according to original timelines) and within budget

Implementing improvements in the Project Management System in view of a culture of continuous improvement

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Must be computer literate and fluent working with Microsoft Office, Outlook, as well as Smartsheet & Google Docs

CAD experience would be considered an asset

Extreme attention to detail & quality workmanship

Ability to efficiently and effectively manage time and workload

Experience Required:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a project coordinator role

Coordinating and working with clients on installations, ensuring absolute awesome customer experience and satisfaction

Keeping all projects on track, ensuring that all production & shipping deadlines are met

Experience successfully running & completing multiple $500K projects simultaneously, with high level client satisfaction outcomes

Ability professional manage customer expectation while still keep projects on track
