**The Role**:
FenceLine Rentals is expanding to Calgary, and is looking for a Business Development Manager.

As our first Calgary based Business Development person, you will be responsible for introducing our line of products and services to this green-field market, and developing a team around the sales and customer service side of the business as time progresses.

**The Responsibilities**:

- You are responsible for the growth and development of our Calgary branch, and will be responsible for leading our Calgary sales team as our headcount expands.
- Analyzing and understanding the local construction market, and our place in it.
- Identifying, targeting and persuading high value customers, closing deals and securing work.
- Pricing jobs to ensure profitability and growth, with the mindset of becoming the Calgary area market leader for our services.
- Developing long term relationships with customers in target market segments, at all levels of their organizations.
- Receive, quote and close inbound leads generated by our marketing efforts.
- Loves what they do and is happy to come to work every day.
- Is a driven professional who loves sales, leadership and the construction industry.
- Has a passion for business development, finding new customers and building relationships.
- Is a great communicator, in writing, in person, on the phone and in presentations.
- Is able to complete in person sales calls around Calgary on a regular basis.
- Exceptional organizational skills, a quick learner who is self motivated.

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**:

- 5+ years B2B sales management experience
- 5+ years B2B sales experience in the construction, O&G, or equipment rental industry
- Valid driver's license (mandatory)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Efficient on Mac computers, with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word and Excel.

**APPLICANT INSTRUCTIONS**

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
