**About this opportunity**
The Team Lead, IT Service Desk is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company’s IT systems while providing user support services. This role contributes to the continual operation of our clinics and offices while assisting the IT Service Desk manager to develop and grow the agents’ skill sets.
**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**:
- Liaise with Application/Infrastructure Support to barriers to FCR.
- Oversee clinic/office connectivity management.
- Participate in phone queue support/Ticket Queue triage.
- Supporting the IT Support team to ensure alignment of department’s long term vision.
- Resolving escalations
- Scheduling of resources/Process documentation.
**Here’s what you’ll need to be successful**:
- Bachelor’s degree, College degree (or equivalent experience) in technology or related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years IT Service Desk Experience (required)
- Strong Technical or Governance and Compliance understanding (required)
- Understanding & ability to speak and write in French (preferred)
- ITIL V4 Foundation (preferred)
