Frontline Machinery is a family-owned heavy equipment dealership specializing in selling and renting of equipment for aggregate crushing and screening, wood grinding, waste shredding, and volumetric measuring technology. We cover from BC to Ontario, including the Yukon and NWT. We are looking for a **MARKETING COORDINATOR **to join our team.

Based in our Chilliwack, BC head office and reporting to the **SR. DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT,** the role of the **MARKETING COORDINATOR** will aid in creating and executing marketing campaigns. This in-person, full-time position is suited for a technically savvy junior marketer passionate about storytelling, brand development, and lead generation activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer, curate, and create content for the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and any other relevant platforms.
- Develop content that promotes engagement and bi-directional conversations that organically builds the audience.
- Showcase the brand and voice of the organization through creative writing for blog posts, e-blasts, advertising, web, and corporate communications.
- CRM database management. Ensuring accuracy, tracking, and managing of leads, customers, and campaign lists. Including cleaning and enriching of data.
- Scheduling and creating advertising content for 3rd party media publications.
- Manage and regularly maintain the company’s online equipment listings and marketplaces.
- Prepare, coordinate, and distribute marketing materials to Frontline Machinery’s three branches across the country.
- Organizing sales and marketing documents and digital files for record-keeping and storage.
- Assist with project scoping and marketing campaign development.
- Provide sales and customer service support where necessary. This may include, but is not limited to, responding to customer inquiries, online leads and answering inbound sales calls.

**Character, Skills, and Experience**
- 2 years experience in marketing (B2B marketing preferred).
- Certification, diploma or degree in Marketing or a related study.
- Experience with video editing software would be considered an asset.
- Comprehensive design, graphic and print layout knowledge.
- Experience with and understanding of online marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Business, etc.) and strategies including SEO and SEM.
- CRM database administration and management experience.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Impeccable English writing, grammar, and punctuation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional presence.
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and capable of working independently to achieve goals.
- The ability to multitask with and handle multiple projects at any given time.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deliverables.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Willing to dig in and continually learn new things and build a knowledge base.
