**The opportunity**: As the new Health Administrative Support, you will work with a team of health management staff, regulated health professionals, community, and regional health staff. Under the direction of the Human Resources
Manager, this position will provide support to administration department in the areas of office administration practices, communication systems, admin support and inventory control.

**What you need to bring with you**:

- Post-secondary education with a diploma in Office Administration
- One to three years previous experience working within a health setting
- Assist with meeting agendas, power points (slideshows), and other correspondence by proofreading and editing. Format, design and assist with special documents when requested
- Registering patients in EMR system
- Processing assessment forms and compiling patient data
- Assist with reconciliation of accounts receivables and track invoices in collaboration with Manager
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies and inventory
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Must be diligent in maintaining office operations hour of work
- Must possess excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable answering phones, taking messages, office administration duties
- Experience in inventory control and information management systems
- Experience in coordinating meetings, preparation, minute taking and transcribing

Word, Excel, Access, Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated competence in conflict resolution and organizational skills
- Must have a valid Ontario driver's license and access to reliable transportation
