**Role overview**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Hyperscience Automation Lead to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. As the Hyperscience Automation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving automation initiatives across our organization. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the automation solutions using Hyperscience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about automation and wants to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of automation solutions using Hyperscience, from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Configure and customize the Hyperscience platform to meet specific business needs and enhance efficiency.
- Manage and prioritize the automation backlog, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
- Train and onboard users on the Hyperscience platform, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Hyperscience and recommend new features or functionalities that can improve automation processes.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of the automation solutions to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

**What you bring to the role**:
To excel in this role, you should bring:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Hyperscience OCR tool. Hypersciene certification is must.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in deployment practices (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod) for classified and extracted documents across environments
- Understand the difference between structured, semi-structured, and unstructured documents, able to architect and design practices for document classification and data extraction across various document types
- Has working knowledge in technology, understanding technical concepts such as API’s, data payloads, etc
- Knowledge in agile delivery, scrum/kanban, is able to read/write user stories, follow agile ceremonies
- Effective communicator, is able to work with business SME’s to understand relevant and required fields to extract, collaborates with developers to resolve defects during sprints

**Working arrangements**:
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto ON or London, ON.
