Marketing Automation and Email Analyst

At Fairstone Bank, we're looking for a talented Marketing Automation and Email Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you'll play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and retention across our diverse portfolio.

As a Marketing Automation and Email Analyst, you'll be responsible for executing day-to-day B2C marketing automation operations, including promotional email campaigns, transactional email campaigns, performance measurement, and reporting. You'll work closely with our analytics team to implement email personalization strategies, tailoring customer interactions based on preferences and behavior.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing marketing automation strategies and tactics to drive customer acquisition through cross-selling and retention
  • Building and executing promotional email campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization, including customer segmentation strategies
  • Implementing A/B testing strategies to enhance campaign performance
  • Conducting thorough testing and QA for all marketing automation and email campaign activities
  • Collaborating with the analytics team to implement email personalization strategies
  • Evaluating program performance, analyzing reports, and identifying trends and opportunities to optimize customer engagement
  • Troubleshooting and resolving delivery issues with internal and external teams

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma in marketing, business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of executing successful marketing automation and email campaigns
  • Experience with Braze or other leading customer engagement platforms
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Liquid Syntax
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines independently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
