**We are currently seeking a RIBO Licensed Customer Service Representative in our Personal Lines department. In this role you will manage a book of business and build long-lasting and strong client relationships. Additionally, you will be servicing accounts by processing policy changes and providing claims counsel and advice to ensure successful client retention.**
**What will you do?**
- Provide timely and professional advice to clients for renewal reviews, claims, billing etc.
- Process all policy changes/requests to ensure accurate and timely responses
- Responsible for client retention
- Managing a client book of business
- Review client’s overall insurance needs and refer to other departments as appropriate
- Process month end reports
- Work collaboratively with insurance partners to ensure profitability of book of business
**Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of Personal Insurance experience
- Valid RIBO license
- Understanding of company underwriting and guidelines
- Strong knowledge of all rules and regulations for all insurers
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- High level of computer skills, knowledge and previous experience working with Applied Systems (EPIC) and Compu-quote is an asset
