We are currently seeking a Technical Service Representative (Signature) in our Personal Lines department. In this role you will support the Signature Account Manager in managing a book of business.

**What will you do?**
- Processing confirmation of coverage
- Provide confirmation of insurance to mortgagee, lienholder & lessor
- Invoicing of all policies
- Processing of opening/closed claim notices
- Assist Signature Account Manager with renewal shopping
- Process renewals and rewrites
- Process company payment reminders and cancellations
- Process endorsements on company portals
- Processing agency bill & direct bill policy renewals
- Sorting Courier

**Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 years of Personal Insurance experience an asset
- Valid RIBO license or OTL preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, written and relationship skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- High level of computer skills, knowledge and previous experience working with Applied Systems (EPIC) and Compu-quote is an asset
