- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts and service for their RV’s
- Handle all incoming service appointments and warranty claims
- Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

- Previous experience in RV parts and service or dealership environment is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
