Your future duties and responsibilities
- Create and implement a content strategy that showcases the organization's expertise to targeted audiences;
- Develop an editorial calendar in order to ensure regular publications that promote the blog as the main driver of the content strategy;
- Create original, rich, engaging and relevant content (Ghostwriting) on a regular basis, for multiple channels/platforms (blog posts, testimonials, white papers, presentations, interviews, etc.)
- Collaborate in the implementation of a social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and app store management approach and follow up by observing, listening and responding to users;
- Share ideas to develop new tactics and keep our clients interested;
- Work closely with the sales team and the marketing specialist for all communication and promotional tool needs;
- Manage the production of graphic material with graphic designers/agencies when required;
- Develop, adapt and update website texts for seasonal events, new sections, branding, etc;
- Write and coordinate the production of the internal newsletter;
- Support the sector's marketing activities by collaborating in the:

- Content preparation related to our participation in trade shows and conferences;
- Coordination of advertising placement activities with partners and associations (content);
- Coordination in the purchase of promotional items;
- Participate in the writing and development of client testimonials.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
The person sought for this position is a dynamic and multidisciplinary individual who enjoys taking on challenges and managing projects of a diverse nature. The essential skills to be successful in this role include team spirit, proactivity, creativity and autonomy.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or journalism;
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position;
- Skill in creating and writing content that attracts, converts and reaches different audiences, while meeting communication objectives;
- SEO writing skills, keywords relevant to SEO;
- Experience in content integration/management on WordPress platforms;
- Excellent command of French and English languages;
- Experience in computer graphics;
- Knowledge of payroll, human resources and time management (an asset);
- Experience in B2B communications and web content (an asset);
- Results-oriented and excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
