Role Description

This is a contract Business Process Mapping and Training Specialist role based in Montreal, QC, with flexibility for remote work. As a Business Process Mapping and Training Specialist, you will

  • Be responsible for documenting the Finance business processes.
  • Use various tools and methods to create process maps, flowcharts, diagrams, and other documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions to communicate the process changes and ensure alignment and buy-in from the stakeholders.
  • Monitor and measure the performance and impact of the implemented process improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the process owners and users.
  • Analyze the training needs and preferences of the target audience and stakeholders.
  • Research and gather relevant information from reliable sources and subject matter experts.
  • Write clear, concise, and accurate content that aligns with the learning objectives and outcomes.
  • Edit and proofread the content for grammar, spelling, style, and consistency.
  • Use various authoring tools and platforms to create and format the content 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in business process mapping, analysis, and improvement.
  • Proficient in using process mapping tools such as Visio or similar.
  • Familiar with the principles and practices of instructional design, adult learning, and multimedia
  • Excellent verbal communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the aviation industry is an asset.
