We are looking for a PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Representative to join our Construction and Customer Service team As a PDI Representative you will provide excellent customer experience prior to closing and introduce homeowners to their new home. You will work alongside the Construction team to schedule pre-delivery inspections in accordance with the construction and closing schedule.
This role is located at our Calderwood Site, in Thorold, ON.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- 2+ years experience working in an administrative and/or customer service oriented role
- Working knowledge of OBC (Ontario Building Code) or CPG (Construction Performance Guidelines) an asset
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

What You’ll Be Doing Each Day
- Schedule appointments for inspections with homeowners based on construction closing schedule and identify pre-close deficiencies
- Work closely with site team and customer service team with regards to any pre-close concerns
- Review model homes contracts and execute pre-delivery inspections prior to closing
- Provide homeowners with necessary closing information and documentation as well as provide signed CCP to all parties necessary for legal close
- Conduct new home orientation on functionality of systems within home as well as educate homeowners on new home warranty process at time of pre-delivery inspections
