Devry Smith Frank _LLP_ is an established, full-service law firm with over 70 lawyers. The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy/insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labour law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law.

We are currently seeking a digital marketing coordinator who is passionate about digital marketing and can assist in building necessary design creative while measuring the success of web projects and all of our digital initiatives. Your duties will be diverse and multi-faceted, therefore exceptional skills are vital for this role.

1. Take responsibility for all print/digital marketing materials including letterhead, business cards, brochures, flyers, etc. all copywriting and image creation to ensure the firm maintains its brand integrity

2. Work simultaneously on multiple projects based on current workload and deadlines including print and digital design and other opportunities as presented

3. Create new designs, concepts and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and design concepts

4. Develop and implement advertising/marketing campaigns for the firm and monitor its progress.

5. Managing marketing needs in the form of both digital and print formats from all our locations.

6. Create graphic design elements for e-newsletters, website, social media and special event promotions

7. Manage the design and uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system

9. Responsible for working with our lawyers on regular basis and establishing their marketing plans for digital advertising in order to promote specific practice area or the firm in general

**Requirements**:

- Strong project management skills, strong written and verbal communication and strong presentation skills
- 1-2 years of experience in the marketing field
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset
- Knowledge of Mailchimp is an asset
- Knowledge of photography skills is an asset
- Knowledge of videography skills is an asset
