**MARKETING COORDINATOR - THE SUCCESSFUL INVESTOR INC.**

We are an established wealth management and investment publishing firm with 25+ years’ experience in subscription marketing and independent portfolio management with assets under management verging on $1 billion and growing.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the marketing team in all its administrative duties.
- Manage, report, and monitor the performance of social media.
- Assist with the planning, development, and coordination of a wide range of marketing communications.
- Provide input and direction toward timelines and deliverables for marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of all marketing projects.
- Work diligently to help the company generate increased revenue through our marketing initiatives.
- Assist with additional projects, tasks, and duties as required.

**REQUIREMENTS: (Qualifications, Experience & Skills)**

**Required**:

- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- 1+ years’ experience in digital marketing.
- 1+ years’ experience working with WordPress, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and best practices to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
- Proficient in writing clear, concise, and persuasive marketing copy.
- Beginner to Intermediate understanding of Pay-per-click ads and their implementation to support advertising campaigns.

Considered an asset:

- Marketing experience in the publishing and/or wealth management/finance industry.
- Graphic design skills using Adobe to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
- Experience in using HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize in a dynamic working environment.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and organized.
- Exhibits professionalism and discreetly handles confidential information.
