Job Description:
HalalMeals Ready Foods Ltd is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in our operations, focusing on customer service, order coordination, and business development. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in program coordination within the food industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries and concerns.

Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and production team to facilitate the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

Utilize knowledge of QuickBooks for efficient invoice processing and meticulous financial record-keeping.

Manage multiple accounts concurrently, maintaining meticulous documentation and fostering strong client relationships.

Demonstrate outstanding presentation skills for client meetings and presentations, showcasing our products and services effectively.

Actively contribute to marketing initiatives and spearhead business development efforts to expand our market presence.

Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, leveraging opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to promote our products and engage with customers effectively.

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decision-making.

Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, label creation and printing, preparing presentations, and other clerical duties as needed.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree is preferred

Proven experience in program coordination, marketing, and business development within the food industry.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a personable and outgoing demeanor.

Proficiency in data entry, client handling, and relationship management.

Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and proficiency in other relevant software/tools.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Genuine passion for food and a deep understanding of halal cuisine.

Previous experience working with non-profit organizations is an advantage.
