**Payroll Administrator**

**Job Summary**

**Essential Functions**:
**Process Biweekly payroll for SHAH TRANSPORT LTD and its subsidiaries.**
- Process employee time cards, deductions, and withholdings.
- Prepare weekly payroll reports.
- Maintain accurate records of all payroll transactions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize work flow and organize work to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Must be eligible to work in Mississauga, ON without sponsorship.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language..........................

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4W 1E7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
