Regional Vice President, Asset Management Leader

IG Wealth Management is a leading diversified wealth and asset management company, with a strong presence in Canada. As a Regional Vice President, Asset Management, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of advisors in growing their practices and achieving sales results
- Develop and implement strategic plans to attract and retain top advisor talent and clients
- Provide coaching and mentoring to advisors to improve their performance and skills
- Collaborate with Head Office and Distribution Leadership to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Establish a respectful workplace culture and promote diversity and inclusion
- University degree in a relevant field
- Previous management experience, preferably in leading large teams
- 10+ years' experience in the financial services industry
- CFP, PFP, or RRC designation (or commitment to earn designation)
- Branch Manager Certification preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
