**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience. We value multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, as they enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure clear communication and understanding.
- Analyze customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately while maintaining customer records.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant products or services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in data entry and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
