**What you will do**:
Advance Supplier Quality (ASQ) supports the program buyer by managing the supplier's performance (timing, quality, delivery, service). Work in a team environment as a core team member to ensure LPA Branches get a flawless launch by managing the APQP of purchased parts during Program Development.
- Work with the Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements.
- Active participation in program management meetings as a Core Team Member to facilitate exchanges between functions and suppliers for design freeze convergence.
- Follow the APQP progress with a status report to support new product launches to ensure that supplier quality meets the required standards.
- Responsible for PPAP Approval during the Development phase.
- Provide concise, complete and accurate documentation of inspection results relative to area of responsibility. In appropriate functional areas, this refers to supporting inspection and test status requirements defined by regulations, engineering product specifications or Control Plans, Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) approval or product warrant submission.
- Get the Feasibility Commitment Letters signed off by supplier and LPA Engineering for sourcing and for changes implementation during program phase

**What you will bring**:

- Minimum of 5 years Program Quality Leader / Advance Supplier Quality or related experience in Automotive Industry.
- Knowledgeable of APQP and PPAP processes experience.
- Demonstrated experience of problem solving leadership to drive efficient solutions based on facts and data mindset.
