As a **Success Coach**, you'll serve as a trusted advisor for our clients, guiding them through business challenges, refining their strategies, and helping them scale. You'll work closely with business owners to streamline operations, increase profitability, and enhance leadership capabilitiesall while fostering work-life balance and sustainable growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead one-on-one and group coaching sessions with business leaders in the home building and remodeling industry.
- Help clients define clear goals, optimize workflows, and implement systems that drive productivity and profitability.
- Assist clients in establishing KPIs, tracking progress, and ensuring accountability.
- Address clients' operational, financial, and leadership challenges, offering strategic solutions.
- Share insights on best practices within home building, remodeling, and project management.
- Mentor clients in enhancing communication, decision-making, and team management.
- Create and provide tools, templates, and resources to support client needs.
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years in the construction industry, ideally in a leadership role such as Entrepreneur, VP, Director of Operations, or Project Manager, with a focus on residential or custom home building and remodeling.
- Knowledge of construction management software (such as JobTread, and Buildertrend) and project management tools.
- In-depth understanding of business development, financial management, project management, and operational efficiency within the construction industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to assess business challenges, gather insights, and create actionable strategies to help clients achieve goals.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, able to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter who thrives with mínimal supervision, takes proactive steps in addressing client needs, and drives results.
- Comfortable working with clients across various time zones in North America, with flexibility for occasional after-hours meetings.
- Deep commitment to helping clients succeed, with a focus on achieving their long-term business goals and personal growth.
**Compensation**:
- Full-Time Position
- Competitive salary at $75,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
