King Business Solutions is a bookkeeping firm home raised in Leduc, serving all of Canada. This position will support internal and external clients and is an integral part of the team.

**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Open (unlock) and close (lockup) the business centre
- Answer the phones during business hours (primary)
- Ensure the centre is stocked (coffee, postage, printer, bathrooms) with required business supplies, ordering of required supplies
- Receive visitors to the business centre, when applicable show them to the boardroom/applicable office and offer a beverage
- Sanitize and organize the boardroom between visitors
- Maintain the cleanliness and stocking of business centre kitchen and common areas
- Scan and save all documents to the appropriate folder or uploaded to Hubdoc, using workflow checklists to ensure scanning is completed correctly
- Check-in of all physical documents that come into the business centre from our clients
- Setting up of year end binders and files, oversee the filing of all client’s physical documents and maintaining filing systems
- Return completed work to clients as they drop off new work, control the amount of completed work that is in the office, and remind clients for pickups
- Print, assemble and send out year end packages
- Facilitate mailing and shipping packages and documents as needed including but not limited to; T4, T5, T5018, T1, year end packages and regular mailing to clients
- Distribute mail as required
- Take deposits to the bank(s) as required
- Attend required meetings

**Required Skills & Experience**
- You understand and agree to work with the same VALUES upheld by KBS
- Communicate in a professional manner both written and verbally
- Exceptional organizational skills pertaining to the position
- Ability to work with and improve disorganized records and processes
- Demonstrates the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with both client files and KBS's information
- Possesses a positive attitude, able to work independently or as part of a team, and shows exceptional tact and sensitivity with clients
- You uphold all applicable professional membership codes of conduct and ethics that you belong to when applicable
- Proficient in Microsoft products including but not limited to, Word, Excel, Outlook, Planner and PowerPoint

**Working Conditions**
- Specifics will be outlined in individual contracts and the KBS Employee Handbook, digitally found in BambooHR
- This position reports Partners of the firm
- Full compensation package including matching to RRSP or TFSA, life insurance package, HSA & WSA benefits and flexible schedule
- This position is an in office position only
- Salary will be dependent on prior experience
