Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and supervising the kitchen staff. Your leadership and culinary expertise will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

**Duties**:

- Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Plan and execute menus, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Supervise food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Train new kitchen staff members on proper food handling techniques and kitchen procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
- Knowledge of restaurant management principles is preferred

Pay: $40,319.07-$60,261.29 per year
