We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content for our social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram and YouTube. Your main objective will be to produce high-quality videos, captivating photos, and engaging live content to attract and grow our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce and develop video content for our social media platforms.
- Generate ideas, plan, create, schedule, and publish content across various social channels.
- Assist in analyzing content performance, proposing testing strategies, and adapting plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure social media content aligns with the brand, maintains accuracy, and exhibits consistent style, quality, and tone of voice.
- Work closely with designers to bring social media content to life.
- Monitor competitor trends in the social media landscape and implement relevant trends into our own channels.
- Manage a comprehensive social media content calendar across multiple channels.
- Introduce innovative concepts and approaches to content creation.
- Prepare monthly reports and conduct analysis on content performance.
- Contribute to team brainstorming sessions focused on content creation.
- Implement and execute the overall social media strategy, identifying opportunities for expanding our social reach.

**Experience & Requirements**:

- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in videography, video editing, social media management, and content creation for brand accounts.
- Experience in managing social media platforms and communities.
- Strong understanding of visual identity and maintaining consistency across social media channels.
- Highly creative, with the ability to generate compelling ideas and execute them effectively across various channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for proofreading and maintaining communication quality.
- In-depth knowledge of the intricacies and ever-changing landscape of social media, and the ability to adapt content for optimal results across different platforms.
- Proven experience in social media management and content planning, resulting in tangible audience growth and long-term retention.

- References: Include references or contact information for individuals who can speak to your qualifications, skills, and work experience. These references should be professional contacts who are familiar with your work in the field of social media, videography, and content creation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
